Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Creating or sharing fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Artificial manipulation of campaign metrics, including but not limited to fake views, likes, comments, shares, or engagement.
• Impersonating another individual or falsely representing your identity or affiliation.
• Using automated software, bots, or similar unauthorized methods to artificially inflate campaign engagement metrics.
• Uploading harmful content, viruses, malware, spyware, or other malicious software.
• Violating applicable laws, regulations, third-party terms of service, or rights.

Account Verification & Enhanced Due Diligence

To uphold trust on our platform:

• We manually verify influencer accounts to confirm their authenticity.
• For transactions exceeding NGN 500,000, we conduct enhanced identity verification, including requesting users’ Bank Verification Numbers (BVN).
• Additional verification may be required for brands funding campaigns above NGN 500,000 to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with large transactions.

Payment Process

• Brands fund campaign wallets.
• Influencers earn based on verified campaign performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares).
• Influencers initiate withdrawals via the platform interface, triggering transfers directly to their registered bank accounts.

Dispute Resolution

• Users can open disputes by submitting a detailed support ticket with supporting evidence.
• Our support team reviews each dispute thoroughly, communicates with involved parties, and provides fair and timely resolutions.

Enforcement and Penalties

Trendstack reserves the right to:

• Investigate and take action against violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.
• Report serious violations to appropriate authorities.
